I wanted to take a minute to reach out to say thank you for a job well done at 1900 N. Harbor Drive in Oceanside. It isn't very often that I'm compelled to reach out to a company, but in this instance, I feel it appropriate to do so. Steve Morales is a stand out employee, and I wanted to say how happy we were with the job he ran for Aloha Partners, LP., and the finished product. The Harbor job was a bit of a messy one, with lots of moving parts and stages, and I have to say how very impressed I was with Steve from day one. He was not only extremely personable and clearly knowledgeable, he was communicative and most importantly did exactly as he said the entire job. He kept us abreast of everything along the way and I had complete trust and faith in him (which is rare these days) that the job would be done correctly and would go just as he said it would. Beyond that, I trusted that in the end, if it didn't go as planned, he would make it right. He took us smoothly through any challenges, and always made sure things were done correctly. He was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way, which was very appreciated ( as I'm sure he was running multiple jobs simultaneously). It is evident that Steve cares about being a fantastic representative and face for the company he works for, but also genuinely cares about the customer. I'm sure you know all of this, but if you don't, know that you have an exceptional employee working for you (and this isn't always easy to find these days). Thanks again for a job well done! We look forward to working with your company again in the future.

I love and appreciate this company. They hold themselves to high integrity and treat there employees and customers with respect and kindness. They never upsale you. They dont tell you something is broke or needs to be fixed unless it is and does. If something goes wrong they make it right.

Southcoast has been servicing our air conditioning units for several years. Lou is great, he is always courteous and provides excellent service. I feel like I can always trust him for an honest assessment, all at fair prices. I would highly recommend Southcoast Heating and Air.

The owner of the house we're renting sent imcomptent people to install AC. He sent different incompetent people to fix issues created by the installers, creating worse issues. Looking for people to do AC repair ourselves we were stood up by two different service people, probably because of how bad our setup was. Southcoast was the exact opposite. They told us who would be showing up and when. The technician, Steve, called ahead and was punctual. He inspected our system and everything he said was consistent with our observations. He made what improvements he could while not having an important replacement part. As he was obtaining the part he kept clear and consistent communication with about the current state. When he knew he would have the needed part he scheduled his second visit. That day he called ahead again and arrived exactly as expected. His repair work went exactly as stated, no surprises. I'm completely satisfied with the work that was done and thrilled with the professionalism and customer care. In San Diego there's so much demand for AC work that lots of business can get away with poor service. I'm relieved to have found people that care about what they're doing.

The circuit board on my fan went out and Southcoast came out quickly to assess the problem and then came back the following week with the parts to repair it. Dominick was very professional and courteous. Work was completed in a very timely manner and I am very happy to have my AC working again.
