We’re just wrapping up a recent project for a customer who reached out to us seeking a solution for both comfort and air quality. After assessing their needs, we determined the best approach was to install Bard units paired with an Expose Duct system. This combination provides them with a reliable and efficient system while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the space. Additionally, we installed a mini-split to ensure consistent temperature control, eliminating any hot or cold spots throughout the area. The result? A more comfortable and enjoyable environment. At the heart of what we do is improving spaces – whether homes or businesses – one installation at a time.

The customer wanted us to provide and set up a 5-ton Kwikool KPO5-43 portable indoor/outdoor air conditioning unit. We assembled the Kwikool unit off-site before bringing it to the customer's location. As a part of the installation, we worked on two new wall penetrations at the trailer and installed two 25-ft sections of 12 dia non-insulated industrial-grade flexible duct. To prevent duct collapse, we set up a 5-ft 12-sheet metal duct at the AC inlet. Once we finished the setup, we checked and tested the unit to ensure it worked properly.

We had a call from a customer who was having trouble with their old boiler and storage tank. We first disconnected and dismantled the existing boiler and storage tank and made sure to dispose of it responsibly. Then we installed a brand-new outdoor Raypak Boiler M, model WH1-HD251. To guarantee a smooth flow, we also set up a sparkling new stainless-steel boiler pump. We didn't forget about appropriate venting either, installing a new outdoor vent stack. Tying everything together, we reconnected the piping as necessary to the current lines. The customer is now enjoying an efficient, upgraded system.

We're here at a customer's home because they reached out to us needing a new fan for their AC add-on duct system. They were struggling with inadequate airflow, making their home less comfortable. To solve their problem, we used our expertise in AC systems, providing and installing top-quality fans specially designed for add-on duct systems. Now, they can look forward to a cooler and more pleasant home environment. We love making our customers' homes more comfortable no matter what the weather throws at them!

customer reach out to us needing a comprehensive duct and grille overhaul according to their provided mechanical plan. We came in and installed EF-14 inline fans which connected seamlessly to their existing ductwork. From there, it was all about maximizing efficiency - installing fresh sheet metal ductwork with a 5-foot flex to their proposed grille locations, and inserting not just one, but thirteen new ceiling cans. We fixed up six linear registers, several ceiling supplies and returns, as well as ceiling exhausts. Additionally, we took care of installing eighteen remote-operated actuators for their existing and new balancing dampers. A new Daikin thermostat was connected, providing our customers optimal control over their environment.

We got a call from a lovely client needing help with their ventilation system. We installed two brand-new inline exhaust fans with back draft dampers to ensure fresh air distribution and eliminate any air leakage. Also, we installed two exterior outside air louvers for appropriate air intake. We created bespoke sheet metal plenums as needed to connect new equipment and ensure optimal airflow. We wrapped things up by installing two brand-new line voltage thermostats for perfect climate control. excited to see our client satisfied with the finished job.

So, we got contacted to help remove some old equipment that was taking up space and install fresh, efficient alternatives. Our team jumped right in, being sure to take away all the obsolete gear. We then got down to work on putting in We also introduced a fresh indoor cooling COIL, making sure to fit it with a safety switch. All in all, it was a great day helping out, and we hope the new systems treat you right!

Another super productive day for us in the field! We were called in to replace an old rectangular metal duct on a customer's roof covering their garage and kitchen area. We efficiently hauled away the worn-out duct and got right into installing a brand-new rectangular metal duct. To ensure great results, we even provided the duct sealer for all the joints and new metal legs for improved support. When we were all done, we took a walk on the roof with the homeowner and the roofer, just to ensure everything was up to par. It was another day well spent helping our amazing customers.

We installed a shiny new BDP RHV060 5-ton 460V-3ph packaged heat pump. We fitted it with a curb adaptor, filter rack, and an outside air intake hood. We saved a buck where we could by reusing the thermostat and switch, just had to extend a few wires and conduits. We also extended the condensate drain piping to this new unit. With our trusty crane, we removed the old one and set the new one in just the right spot. We got it started up, tested it, and confirmed it's working smoothly.

Just had a fabulous day yesterday, helping out a fantastic customer! They reached out to us because their old furnace and air duct in the attic were giving them a hard time. We carefully removed the old furnace and duct, making sure to avoid any mess or hassle. Then, to make sure they stay cool during those hot summer days, we installed a brand-spanking new Amana indoor cooling coil! Now, they can enjoy their home in comfort once again. It's always a great day when we can help make someone's life a little cozier!
